About Me

Salut!

Television host by day, foodie by night, I am the lover of cuisine who aspires to spend the rest of her life eating food that is to die for.

A summer spent living on a rustic Tuscan horse farm experiencing the powers of extra virgin olive oil, red wine, and homemade chocolate gelato has been one of my most exquisite culinary practicums.

Known to evoke my ‘it’s to die for!’ squeal: sablefish, macadamia nuts, white chocolate, braised lamb, ponzu sauce, sashimi, and more…

If your restaurant fare is to die for, let me write about you.  FMA TV segment requests and itstodie4.com advertising may also be arranged.

Email me: erin@erin-ireland.com.

Ciao for now,

Erin Ireland
