Spongy, incredibly moist house made ciabatta with a crunchy crust. One can only describe it as heavenly. Local deli meats from Big Lou’s Butcher Shop.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Top Chef Dale Mackay puts a spin on his favorite fast food item, the McDonald’s McChicken Sandwich. Built on Terra Breads’ dense focaccia. Packed with panko breaded chicken, crispy bacon, avocado, and uber-smoky paprika mayo.
*NEWLY ADDED* Bel Cafe | 801 West Georgia
One of the most gourmet, flavor-packed sandwich around, by David Hawksworth. Caramelized onion topped chicken. Crunchy, fresh house-made ciabatta.
*This list is dynamic and in no particular order. Have I missed one of our city’s most ‘to die for’ sandwich destinations? Feel free to let me know.
Wishing you to die for food on a daily basis,
Erin
